Here is a small list about
love / marriage / quarrel / divorce vocabulary.

It is not exhaustive and I think I will improve it later,
but I hope you will find it useful.
Enjoy !

Today, we quickly reviewed the interrogative words
(here is the correction of your worksheet)

and we then turned to another document:
the "Unbreakable" trailer.

You can watch it again by clicking below

You first watched it and you had to pick out the words you know,
in order to try and say what it is about.
As you were not really careful, we had to watch it a second time,
 and it was much better.

You then had to complete this worksheet

Today, we briefly summed up what we told about the cartoon,

"with all the odd types around, I feel safer with a gun..."
(found on www.nicholsoncartoons.com.au)

and finished its analysis.

Today, I first gave you back your dictation which were, on the whole,
better than the first one.
We corrected it and we then turned back to the British press.
I gave you some newspaper copies that you had to study
with the help of the vocabulary you had to learn:
you had to name the different elements on the front page.
HW: You have your vocabulary (part I) p.121 to review and an exercise to do.

Today, I gave you the correction of your bac blanc
as well as your copies, and we talked about it.
I hope my advice will be of some help.

Don't forget to take a look at the worksheets on

'how to write a dialogue' in your book,

'how to write an essay',

'how to write a diary entry'

'the English tenses'

'the passive form'

ici et

'the deceptive words'

'les énoncés au bac'

'le passé simple en français'

(thanks to Yvan Baptiste for this great job !)

et
'les épreuves du bac'

(Attention, les modalités concernant l'oral pour les Term STG ont changé
et sont donc erronées sur la fiche !!)

Good luck !!

Today, we corrected your vocabulary exercise on the British Press.
We then saw the differences between the tabloids and the broadsheets.
As we finished quite early, we listened to Dear Mr President by Pink and we talked about it and its themes.
You can watch the videoclip here

Hope you liked it !
